1. Scope
The general conditions of sale (GTC) below are applicable for all orders made on our online store https://galeriedeco.com .
The contracting parties within the framework of the following general conditions of sale are
Ms. Palandri GALERIE DÉCO 20600 Bastia, France (henceforth referred to as "GALERIE DÉCO") and the client.
The following General Conditions of Sale, with the wording in effect at the time of the order, apply to all commercial relations between "GALERIE DECO" and the customer. The only sales conditions recognized by "GALERIE DECO" are as follows. If the customer wishes other conditions, "GALERIE DECO" does not recognize them, except in the event of a validated written request.
The customer is required to provide all the information requested in the order form (name, address, etc.) truthfully; the damage or the expenses resulting from false information or inaccuracies provided by the customer are under the responsibility of this one.
2. Contracting parties and purchase contract
The sales contract is made with the company GALERIE DECO.

The presentation of products online on our website does not constitute a firm and contractual offer of sale. When you confirm your purchase confirmation online on the site, you are in fact sending us a firm order. The confirmation of your order is sent immediately by order confirmation email, with the summary of the products ordered and their price, sent to your email address.
3. Acceptance
Unreserved acceptance of all of these general conditions of sale is essential for the purchaser to conclude the sales contract. This acceptance is materialized by a checkbox in the product order form.
4. Delivery costs, production time and delivery time
No delivery can be made to relay points.
Incompressible manufacturing and delivery times are given during the ordering process on the site https://galeriedeco.com . Due to the nature of the products marketed (made to order, made to measure and individually), the deadlines can be extended.
5. Price
All the prices quoted on this website by the seller are retail prices in EURO, VAT is not applicable - article 293B of the CGI.
The different possible delivery methods and the related costs are indicated at the time of the order summary. The delivery and packaging costs depend on the nature of the product, its dimensions, its weight, its number and the place of delivery.

7. Retention of title
All products ordered remain the property of GALERIE DÉCO until full payment by customers of the price of these products and the transport costs invoiced.
8. Damage during transport
The Buyer undertakes, upon receipt of the order to check the condition of the product, and to make any reservations in writing and without delay, at the latest within 48 hours, by email to galeriedco@gmail.com and to refuse receipt of the package from the carrier if the delivered product and its packaging are damaged, indicating the detailed reasons for the refusal in writing on the delivery slip.
However, forgetting to report the damage to the carrier has no effect on the application of your guarantees and your rights. This signage allows us to more easily assert our guarantees for damage due to the transport of goods.
9. Guarantees
1. The Seller undertakes to respect and implement the legal guarantees from which the Buyer benefits, namely: guarantee of non-conformity and guarantee of hidden defects.
Any defect in the products ordered, any omission or any error in connection with the order placed must be noted by the customers upon receipt of the order. 2. However, GALERIE DÉCO does not guarantee the return of the products delivered in the event that there is a non-substantial difference between the product ordered and the product delivered. Slight variations in tone, color and size of the reproduction or print medium are indeed sometimes unavoidable.
3. The visualization on the internet of the images representing the reproductions sold on the site https://galeriedeco.com only constitutes an overview, of lower quality, of the final result (reproductions printed by technical means of professional quality). Moreover, the quality of the images seen on a computer screen is not always the exact reflection of the quality of the printed reproductions.
4. The reproductions marketed by the company GALERIE DECO are printed and produced according to the rules of the art using technical means, tools and products traditionally used in the professional printing industry (printing carried out in France). As regards more particularly the colors and supports used for printing, the company GALERIE DECO guarantees their quality within the limits of the resistance properties objectively recognized to these elements.
10. Right of withdrawal
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we are neither committed nor prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
11. Right of use
1. All the images presented on the site may not be copied, retouched or presented on another medium without the prior agreement of GALERIE DÉCO.
2. The use of creations purchased on the site https://galeriedeco.com is only authorized for personal use or to participate in the decoration of private interiors. Any other use requires a prior authorization request from GALERIE DÉCO.
3. The customer does not have the right, directly or through the intermediary of a third party or third person, to reproduce and manufacture the products of the company GALERIE DECO in order to market them.
12. Right of use
GALERIE DECO collects and stores the Buyer's personal data for the proper execution of these terms and conditions. In application of Law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and individual freedoms, the Purchaser has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data. personnel concerning him / her processed via the Site when ordering, as well as the right to oppose the communication of these data to third parties for valid reasons by sending a request to the following address: galeriedco@gmail.com .
The personal data communicated by the Purchaser will be destroyed no later than six months after the deletion of the Purchaser's account. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
14. Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the Purchaser has a right of recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute relating to the execution of these GTC, as provided for in articles L.611-1 and following as well as R.612-1 and following of the Consumer Code. 15. Competent court
Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of Sale must be brought before the courts of Bastia.
